There are just certain things that Europeans are better at; looking chic as hell in the dead of winter is one of them. Ofelia's eye for spotting the little details that make the difference is IT. So much chic inspo here! I love layering with a turtleneck, and now I'm so tempted to experiment with my silk scarf (I can never figure out how to tie it properly). That size chart is SO helpful!! x
This is exactly what I want to wear this winter. Great compilation! One thing that‘s also super helpful (though not visible) in european winters is heattech layers looking like a regular longsleeve. Like the uniqlo or intimissimi cashmere ones.
This was such a breath of fresh air now that I'm mentally OVER winter, but still have about two months to go. Need to make myself a bigger triangle scarf in a non-fluffy material as the fluff tends to stick all over my wool coat.
I totally feel ya on that. It has warmed up a bit where I live and it makes me wonder if its false Spring. Either way, I'm trying to enjoy those really nice days until it's consistent. Yes! The material makes a huge difference. I only have one scarf that doesn't do that.
ah maybe like one of the jersey type blanket scarfs? this one isn't cotton, but reminds me of this scarf I mentioned in a newsletter from last month https://go.shopmy.us/p-13812210
Huge yes to the sweater worn as a scarf, or that addition of texture, color and warmth. I love them worn like that over my coat but also over my blazer during the day. And then another big yes to turtlenecks worn as layers. I only own one thinner merino one that can actually be worn underneath a shirt and then I have a sheer one, which can be worn underneath pretty much anything. ...and then the animal print. I'm melting... :)
Same!! I find it very hard to find the perfect print. Or if you do find the perfect print, it's not in the item you're looking for lol I also really love chocolate croc print! I find it can be used as "black" sometimes depending on the tone.
So many amazing ideas!
Thank you, Xue! 🤍

Thank you, Angie! Means the world coming from you ❤️ Mine is almost speckled pink and it gives it a fun interest.
Love, love, love. I'm definitely getting winter dressing fatigue so this was very much needed!
Ahh thank you so much!! Let me know if you incorporate any the rest of the winter :)

I have a wool scarf that I love but it feels too same-same with my wool coat... Maybe need to make one in some sort of cotton?

Oh that is absolutely beautiful!
yes, stunning! I’ll be on the lookout for something similar next winter.

You're reminding me of a sheer turtleneck I've been eyeing!! Is there an animal print you love? So glad you liked this one :)
I’m definitely a sucker for snake print in colder, grey nuances. And yourself? 🙌🏻☺️

Totally get it 🙌🏻 do you enjoy the search process for that perfect item or is it a source of frustration?
it’s actually fun for me! I’m generally a slow shopper, so I almost prefer the hunt! what about you?
